I. What kind of information is collected?
Foyer will collect the following kinds of information when using the Products and Services:
- Your contact information, such as full name and email address;
- Your username and password;
- The content, communications and other information you provide when you use the Products and Services, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide (such as metadata), such as the location of usage and date a file was created;
- User communications, feedback, suggestions and ideas sent to Foyer; and Billing information.
II. How does Foyer use this information?
Foyer will share—with your consent—the information that it collects with your agent in order to allow them to provide personalized support in your search for a new home. Examples of such use include:Communicating with your agent regarding your use of the Products and Services; Enhancing the security and safety of the Products and Services for users and agents, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of applicable terms or policies;Personalizing your experiences as part of our provision of the Products and Services;Developing new tools, features, Products, or Services to aid in enhancing user and agent experience;Associating activity on the Products and Services across different devices operated by the same individual to improve the overall operation of the Products and Services;To identify and fix bugs that may be present; and Conducting data and system analytics, including research to improve the Products and Services.
III. Disclosure of information
Foyer discloses the information collected in the following ways: to agents that can answer specific questions about a particular home; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; and in connection with a subpoena, warrant, discovery order or other request or order from a law enforcement agency.
IV. Accessing and modifying your information
You may access, modify, or delete information that you have provided using the tools within the Products and Services.
V. Account Closure
If you would like to stop using the Products and Services, you can deactivate your account in Foyer Settings. Similarly, Foyer may suspend Your Account and/or delete any information associated with Your Account. Please note that user activity on the Products and Services is owned by Foyer and may remain on the Products and Services and be accessible even if Your Account is deactivated or terminated.
