This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you use Foyer’s Products and Services. Foyer is intended for use by individuals who are interested in getting glimpses of many different homes
Foyer will collect the following kinds of information when using the Products and Services:
Your contact information, such as full name and email address;
Your username and password;
The content, communications and other information you provide when you use the Products and Services, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others. This can include information in or about the content you provide (such as metadata), such as the location of usage and date a file was created;
User communications, feedback, suggestions and ideas sent to Foyer; and
Billing information.
Foyer will share—with your consent—the information that it collects with your realtor in order to allow them to provide personalized support in your search for a new home. Examples of such use include:
Communicating with your realtor regarding your use of the Products and Services;
Enhancing the security and safety of the Products and Services for users and realtors, such as by investigating suspicious activity or violations of applicable terms or policies;
Personalizing your experiences as part of our provision of the Products and Services;
Developing new tools, features, Products, or Services to aid in enhancing user and realtor experience;
Associating activity on the Products and Services across different devices operated by the same individual to improve the overall operation of the Products and Services;
To identify and fix bugs that may be present; and
Conducting data and system analytics, including research to improve the Products and Services.
Foyer discloses the information collected in the following ways:
To realtors that can answer specific questions about a particular home;
To protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; and
In connection with a subpoena, warrant, discovery order or other request or order from a law enforcement agency.
You may access, modify, or delete information that you have provided using the tools within the Products and Services.
If you would like to stop using the Products and Services, you can deactivate your account in Foyer Settings. Similarly, Foyer may suspend Your Account and/or delete any information associated with Your Account.
Please note that user activity on the Products and Services is owned by Foyer and may remain on the Products and Services and be accessible even if Your Account is deactivated or terminated.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When updated, the “Effective date” below will be amended and the new Privacy Policy will be posted online.
